Brought in my 2012 Sierra for an alignment in December of 2016. Blaines suggested I replace the ball joints on the lower control arms so I did. Picked up my truck and drove it 300 miles over the next 4 weeks before the alignment went crazy. To the point where I would be jolted into the oncoming traffic lane when braking and then nearly hurled into the ditch when getting up to speed on the highway. I brought it back to Blaines....told them what was happening and to please diagnose what was going on. They said things looked fine and charged me $25 on top of the +$500 I spent in December. After searching numerous forums for answers I started to replace things myself since no one had a firm answer. After replacing both front wheel bearings I was tightening things back up and the front upper control arms shifted. After looking a little closer the right upper control arm was not fully tightened back up after the alignment. Since tightening the loose bolt, the alignment is way off but the jolting either direction has stopped. I question the quality of their work since it was not completed the first time and missed upon inspection. They must not have even driven it as I requested since the symptoms were difficult to explain or believe.
